Tinkerbell's Shoes

I've been on the hunt for some tinkerbell shoes and NO not the $25 ones you buy from the Disney store.  I want to craft a cheap solution up.  So, as I strolled around Old Navy yesterday, i picked up a pair of white jelly shoes for $1.58.  Yes you heard me... $1.58.  These bland white jellies will hopefully turn into some sparkling green slippers.  Wish me luck....
